Can I get a refund on an item(s) I purchased?

All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. GABRIELLA LUXURY FASHION BOUTIQUE will gladly exchange items within 48 hours of receiving your package. ANY ISSUE WITH AN(s) must be reported by phone within 48 hours of receiving your order. Merchandise must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, and in the original condition, with all original tags attached. GABRIELLA LUXURY FASHION BOUTIQUE reserves the right to refuse the exchange of any merchandise that does not meet its requirements. Exchanges cannot be accepted for sale items, SWIMWEAR/BODYSUITS, or ACCESSORIES. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your package; requests made after 48 hours will not be honored. Original shipping and handling costs are NON-REFUNDABLE, and consumers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise. After GABRIELLA LUXURY FASHION BOUTIQUE receives your package, we will contact you immediately to confirm all details and have the exchange item(s) shipped out to you.

Shipping Policy:

Does GABRIELLA LUXURY FASHION BOUTIQUE offer same-day shipping? Orders are processed MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY UNTIL 12 PM. Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped the next business day. Any orders placed on HOLIDAYS will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped VIA USPS. GABRIELLA LUXURY FASHION BOUTIQUE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Therefore, GABRIEL LUXE FASHION BOUTIQUE will not replace any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) for further assistance.

How long will it take to receive my order? After processing is complete, all orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days, and international shipping delivery takes 2 to 5 weeks. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with shipping information and a tracking number. Please read the product description for preorder items (usually takes 5 to 10 business days).
